Sisters who are fanatics about healthy living. We love good, nutritious food, exercising, and are recently dabbling in half marathons. We started this page as a way to get some great information out there. We are both passionate about health and wellness and we wanted to reach out to our friends and clients with this blog, giving them another resource to refer to when they are need of some inspiration. Kjell (pronounced “shell”) is a Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM and a Precision Nutrition certified Level 1 Nutrition coach. Kjell also has her Masters degree in Human Movement. Kjell is also a wife and a mother of two beautiful children; keeping her family healthy and active is a huge priority to her. When she’s not training others or working out, she enjoys reading, baking, being outdoors with her kids, and watching a good movie.
Skye has a Master’s in Public Health and is a Precision Nutrition certified Level 1 Nutrition coach. Currently, she is a Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente, San Diego. She leads and provides expert technical leadership to highly visible, sensitive and multi-faceted projects focused on the health and well-being of Kaiser Permanente Members and Staff. Skye loves to stay active, whether it’s training for a run, walking around amusement parks, longboarding to the beach, or simply stretching for relaxation. She also enjoys reading, eating good food, laughing at silly jokes and spending quality time with family and friends.
